A valuation standard, a price index and a market all rest on one thing: a stand’s data recorded under fixed definitions. This page fixes the fields, units, disclosure and verification levels — not to collect your data, but to help you put your own record into a comparable form.

Field standard

If the basis is not stated, collected data cannot be compared and any index is fiction. So every field carries its unit, privacy and whether it is required.

Verification level: why this field matters most

"My stand holds 12 m³ per mu" — self-declared, surveyed, and third-party verified are three entirely different things. If an index mixes them, the index means nothing.

This page is a field standard, not a registration system. No database receives these records and there is no public registration entry point.
Precise coordinates and evidence are marked private: a community data network only works if people trust that registering will not expose them.

Units are standardised to mu and cubic metres; when converting from per-hectare data, keep the original values so they cannot be misread.
